Q |
I paid my balance in full to stop a garnishment but money was cut from my check, what happens to my money. |
| |
A |
Once an account is paid, our office sends a garnishment release notice to the courts. A garnishment release is produced and mailed within 48 business hours. Unfortunately, once the release is mailed, we have no control over the length of time it will take the courts to actually issue the release. |
